VHF and SAT communication – no limitation of tracking visibility

By software a distance to the coastline can be programmed into the vmsTRACK-PRO. In event of overrunning this point, the unit switches automatically from VHF coastal transmission to SAT communication to realize reliable position reports in offshore territories.
