BobCAD-CAM provides powerful machining strategies for NC programming for an incredible low price. Processing which used to require expensive CAM systems can be handled with BobCAD-CAM at significantly reduced costs. The intuitive user guidance and integrated instructions enable you to get started with BobCAD-CAM quickly. Long and expensive training is not necessary. Every NC technician who previously programmed his NC programs directly on the machine benefits immediately from the powerful functions of the program.
More than 150,000 licenses of BobCAD-CAM are in use worldwide. With cost-effective modules for 2½ to 5-axis milling, turning, mill-turning for machining centers, routers, laser, plasma and water cutting, wire EDM and machining simulation, the program can be expanded any time with increasing requirements.
Integrated CAD system
BobCAD-CAM already contains a sophisticated, powerful 2D / 3D CAD system. Own parts can be created without changing the program and existing drawings and models from other CAD systems can be read in and processed further.
Free post processors
The post processors which are needed to control each NC machine often lead to high costs. BobCAD-CAM already includes a large number of customizable standard post processors for common controls.
With BobCAD-CAM Express, the inexpensive entry into professional NC programming is possible for only € 595. Powerful machining strategies are already available in the entry-level version. Management of work orders, tool and material libraries, machining simulations with display of tool, stock and workpiece as well as an integrated NC editor round off the diverse program functions.
BobCAD-CAM is available as a standalone program or as a plug-in for SolidWorks.
Users who only need CAD functions can get BobCAD-FreeCAD for free. An extension to a full CAD-CAM system is possible at any time at low cost.
