Brussels, Belgium, 17.10.2018 (PresseBox) - Avnet Silica, an Avnet company (Nasdaq: AVT), today announced it has won an award for ‘Best Performance’ from Xilinx, the inventor of the FPGA, hardware programmable SoCs and the ACAP.

The award was presented recently at Xilinx’s annual channel sales conference for the 2018 financial year. It specifically recognized the excellent performance in distribution achieved by Avnet Silica’s sales and engineering team located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
