SALIENT FEATURES – QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2026 (Q3 2026)

Quarter-on-Quarter improvement in operating performance across the SA PGM and SA gold operations, steady output at the Century zinc retreatment operation, while the US PGM operations were negatively impacted by industrial action

The Group remains on track to meet annual operating guidance with the exception of the US PGM operations following the strike

Group adjusted EBITDA increased 9% year-on-year to R10.8 billion (US$662 million), supported by higher commodity prices

Continued improvements across key safety metrics quarter-on-quarter and year-to-date

Finalisation of the US PGM labour agreement and introduction of team-based incentives represent a significant milestone in the transition to a more productive and sustainable mechanised operating model at the US PGM operations
