Eckental, 02.11.2026 (PresseBox) - Summary and content

In September 2026, OMNINET launched its new website, making it easier for prospects and existing customers to find information. The completely revised corporate design, full redesign and restructuring of the content, and above all the value-oriented communication of solutions make the extensive product portfolio of the Eckental-based software manufacturer more accessible.

Entry points based on specific needs and newly structured user navigation

Updated corporate design with dark and light modes

Technically advanced, high-performance information hub

Customer value and a solution-oriented approach

The new website www.omnitracker.com of OMNINET Software-, System- und Projektmanagement GmbH now offers visitors tailored entry points, for example based on common business challenges that can be solved with OMNITRACKER. Visitors can also continue to access content through products or knowledge articles.

The concept placed particular emphasis on user navigation by linking content relevant to specific roles, positions, or departments with related solutions and products. The focus was on the benefits of the OMNITRACKER platform rather than on the details of its extensive technical features. Using common challenges in business process digitalization as entry points makes the individual software products within the OMNITRACKER ecosystem and the way they work together more tangible and practical.

Consistent corporate identity and a modern user experience

“It was important to us that our website and our solutions have a consistent design. But the website is not only visually compelling; it also uses state-of-the-art technology, for example to dynamically deliver content through templates and semantic taxonomies. This improves both the look and feel and the user experience,” summarizes Markus Lenzer, Managing Director of OMNINET.

The resulting consistent brand recognition across different media and formats supports professional brand building while also enhancing the individual user experience. This is reflected, among other things, in the option to choose between light mode and dark mode—a feature that is still uncommon on websites but has become standard in software products. User navigation is further optimized through intelligent filters, semantic links, short click paths, and structured, concise information.

Simplified access to information for website visitors

The goal of the new website is to make it easier for prospective customers to find information and compare OMNINET with other software providers. The content and structure therefore focus clearly on the unique strengths of the OMNITRACKER Low-Code Platform, including flexible deployment options, secure use of AI, extensive configurability, and release compatibility.

Amando Knipfer, Head of Marketing at OMNINET, summarizes: “With the new website, we provide both existing customers and prospects with a central information hub that delivers relevant information for each target audience in a clear, structured, and highly responsive format. We have also completely redesigned and modernized our web presence from a visual perspective. The result is a clear communication of the value OMNITRACKER users can expect in their specific use cases. At the same time, despite condensing the content, we have succeeded in retaining the necessary level of detail.”

Headquartered in Eckental near Nuremberg with international offices, OMNINET specializes in ITIL®5-certified IT and enterprise service management software, with a focus on easily configurable workflows and process automation. Interfaces, low-code features, BI reporting, GRC solutions and modular applications extend the functionality of the AI-enabled OMNITRACKER all-in-one solution.
