proMX announced the release of the new proMX 365 Absence Management AI Agent, an AI‑powered extension to its established proMX 365 Absence Management solution.
Nürnberg, 03.02.2026 (PresseBox) - The Absence Management AI Agent introduces an intelligent, user‑friendly layer, and enhances the existing proMX 365 Absence Management application with additional productivity. It works seamlessly within Microsoft Teams and on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and enables leaders and teams to manage availabilities and absences through natural, conversational interactions.

The proMX 365 Absence Management AI Agent makes managing time off easier and faster than ever:
Colleagues can create, view and update absence requests by simply typing or asking commands such as “Create a new absence request” or “Show me all absences for next month.”
Approved, pending and draft requests are available in one consolidated view, synchronized in real time with Dynamics 365 data.
Managers can approve or decline requests directly within Teams, without switching apps or tools.
Colleagues always see accurate balances for taken, remaining and upcoming allowances.
Drafts, pending actions and follow‑ups are handled automatically to ensure nothing is forgotten.
