Orga Systems delivers real-time billing and CRM to Wataniya Mobile – a member of the Ooredoo Group in Palestine

End-to-end billing and CRM deployed in less than one year

Paderborn, 23.02.2015 (PresseBox) - Paderborn (Germany), 23 February 2015 ˗ Within less than a year Orga Systems, a leading software vendor for convergent charging and billing, deployed its GOLD Convergent Charging and Billing (GOLD CCB) and a new Siebel CRM system at Wataniya Mobile, Palestine, an operator belonging to the Ooredoo Group which is a leading international communications company, spanning from North Africa, Middle East to Southeast Asia. The implementation of the CRM was supported by Orga Systems’ local project partner.

Fast transformation while securing business continuity

Orga Systems took over full delivery, integration and migration responsibility to replace the legacy BSS environment at Wataniya Mobile. With an aggressive time scale at hand the delivery target was to deploy the new real-time billing platform and CRM solution, which was integrated with a local partner, in less than a year. In a first phase a “ready-to-go” option was deployed to secure business continuity at any time. This included network integration, tariff and promotion configuration and was achieved in 23 weeks only.

The migration and go-live was implemented in less than 12 months. This included the full deployment of GOLD CCB for end-to-end revenue management and a new Siebel CRM system, one of the world's most complete customer relationship management solutions for telecom.
