Stress prevention and fun at the second Hytera Health Day
Bad Münder, 23.07.2014 (PresseBox) - On Friday, 11 July 2014, Hytera Mobilfunk held the second Health Day for all staff to promote health in the workplace.
In various events during the day the staff were provided with information on topics related to health in the workplace and beyond. The program included, in cooperation with the health insurance provider Techniker Krankenkasse, a stress test and a workshop on the topic of stress management.
Late in the afternoon there was a 5-kilometer run on the Eimbeckhausen sports field (Bad Münder). Around 30 staff and members of their families ran the 13 laps under the watchful eyes of the spectators. After the race there was a large barbecue with a pleasant atmosphere. A human version of table football and a bouncy castle provided for excitement, particularly among the children.
The subject of health plays a major role in everyday activities at Hytera Mobilfunk. As such fresh fruit is regularly provided to the staff for healthy nutrition. In addition, Hytera Mobilfunk offers subsidized massages to the staff in Bad Münder. Along with this regular support, Hytera Mobilfunk has further anchored the importance of health in the consciousness of the staff with this year's Health Day.
After the major success of 2013, the second Health Day was also very well received by the staff at Hytera Mobilfunk and will therefore also be held again in coming years.
