Innovative Field Service Management solution launched to empower mobile business communication

München, 15.04.2014 (PresseBox) - Europe's largest Field Service Management as a cloud solution - MOBILE TEAM - launched an information portal for TELEKOM and SWISSCOM clients using smartphones and tablets for communication and collaboration of their field service workforce. The information portal is launched as a joined show case about how powerful smartphones and tablets can become even for process efficiency and work profitability.

"During our one-year-cooperation with TELEKOM and SWISSCOM as solutions partner for field service management we realized that not every company with mobile employees knows that a multifunctional field service management can optimize and empower all core processes that happen many times per day during field service management and how easy it is to manage complex processes by MOBILE TEAM.", explains Tobias Schmidt, director of BPS Technology.

By cooperating with network operators like MTS GSM, MEGAFON, SWISSCOM and TELEKOM, MOBILE TEAM and its local versions have become Europe's largest Field Service Management that is provided for small and medium companies as a ready-to-run cloud solution. By January 2014, 5,200 SMEs used MOBILE TEAM as a Field Service Management for 448,000 mobile employees (test accounts and empty accounts not included).

The information portal www.field-service-management.de is targeted to promote modern and dedicated field service communication and collaboration to smaller companies to increase their work efficiency, too, without investing in mobile solution development or in special hardware.

This is achieved through the automation of standard processes of both dispatchers and coordinators as well as of field staff. Finding an available employee i.e. take 50 % less time with MOBILE TEAM used for Field Service Management. Also mobile reporting is optimized with MOBILE TEAM - all data, such as work time or workflow status reports, are updated between mobile app and field service management web system in real time and are available online immediately.
