Change in Kögel sales division - Jens Schroth takes the helm in the German-speaking region
New head of sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Burtenbach, 23.06.2017 (PresseBox) - As of 1 October 2017, Kögel will have an additional expert on the team: Jens Schroth. After more than 13 years working for the European market leader for semi-trailers, the new head of sales for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Region is moving to Kögel. In his new role at Kögel, Jens Schroth will be in charge of expanding the company’s market position in the core German-speaking region, managing Kögel’s external sales force and developing strategic key customers. He will be reporting directly to the managing director for sales.
The 42-year-old industrial manager has many years of sales experience in the trailer and commercial vehicle sector. Schroth’s first sales experience was with a world market leader for gases, technology and services for industry. He started focusing on commercial vehicles, and primarily trailers, in the year 2000 when he worked in the sales department of an internationally renowned trailer axle manufacturer. In 2004, he moved to Europe's market leader for semi-trailers, where he started as a regional sales manager and worked his way up to international key account manager.
